PASS PAUSE PLAY is a night where songwriters come together to pass the mic, pause for a second to tell you a story, and then play their songs in one shared set. Based on a Nashville ‘in-the-rounds’ model - 3-4 artists will take turns playing their songs, going around the circle 3-4 times depending on the show. In between each song, artists are encouraged to respond to one another through questions, reflections, and any tangents that may arise. These ‘between’ moments lead to beautiful insights into song writing, artistic life, and the nuances in experience in each performer’s work.
