Our secret jungle warehouse work spaces have been hand made, piece by piece, entirely from sustainable and repurposed materials. We've found, repaired and refurbished all of our appliances, furniture, and even our food waste is transformed into nourishing fertilizer for our hundreds of indoor plants that purify our air, and add to the list of mental health benefits working at Nauti brings.
And Nauti is not just a workplace. Nauti is a social enterprise. You don’t have to be a social enterprise or sustainable business to work at Nauti, but whenever you come to work at Nauti, Nauti gives support to organisations protecting the environment and fostering equality, on your behalf.

Nauti is the sustainable workplace that has a variety of different types of spaces for you to use. We provide co working desks, private/lockable studios or offices, spaces for workshops, classes, team building, rehearsals, events, as well as photography shoot spaces, and analogue photography darkroom spaces.

Our CO-WORKING hot Desk OPTIONS ARE:
Casual pass 25/day + gst
Dedicated full time desk of your own 18/day + gst
Virtual office 30/month + gst
(All desks now come with a monitor, hdmi adaptor, usbc adaptor, keyboard, mouse, laptop stand, ergonomic chair, usb charging ports, power outlets, and a heater or fan if you need. )Access is 24/7 for full time members, and 9am-6pm for part timers/casual.

Easy accessibility: There is ample free parking, three bus stop on our doorstep, a short walk to the train station and space for bicycle storage for eco-conscious commuters.
Health and wellness: Nauti aims to provide you professional quiet space to work, while also having break out social spaces where you can increase your mental health by having some talk time with other people each day, if you would like to. We also have break out spaces you can take a call in away from other people. Our studio is also filled with natural sunlight, and hundreds of indoor plants that purify our air. We have some social lunches throughout the week, and one/more official monthly social nights, which are great occasions for finding potential collaborators, finding life long friends, or finding yourself feeling at home in our little creative community.
A safe space: Nauti is a safe space where everyone is welcome, and people are celebrated and supported by people of diverse backgrounds and professions. Nauti is a space founded and run by queer women, and non-binary people.
Space for your growth: Nauti has various membership plans and services so we can cater to your needs as your business grows. If you start on co-working hot desk and your business grows, you can jump up to a dedicated desks And then jump up to your own private space, then to one larger, and more as you expand. Full time members get meeting and event spaces for free.
Flexibility: Nauti’s spaces are very affordable and flexible, eliminating the stress of you having to agree to long-term lease contracts.

Free: Fast wifi, all utilities, all bills, stationary and black and white printing covered by Nauti. We have the fastest internet you can get in the Blue Mountains in our Mountains studio. Our Sydney studio speeds come in at a solid 100/50. Also we provide complimentary tea and coffee, and kitchen and bathroom facilities. Our Blue Mountains studio also has a shower.
Close proximity: Nauti is close to some great cafes and restaurants, so you’ll never have to go hungry.
Nauti is also pet friendly! As long as your furry friends are well trained and supervised.

Having over 30+ professionals working at Nauti in Sydney, and about 16+ in Nauti in the Blue Mountains, we are a very supportive ecosystem. If you’re starting up your own practice, project, business, freelancing service, social enterprise or similar, there is a 110% chance someone in our studio crew can help, or can find you someone who can. If you need help with making something, meeting someone, or are needing some guidance, advice, or mentorship, we are a bit of an unofficial incubator. And we can give you support if/when you need it.

The Nauti crew are incredibly diverse, in lives and professions. We love collaboration, and inspiration. Everyone is welcome to be a part of our little creative HUB, our little crew, our little community.
To get an idea of the variety of wonderful people we’ve had at Nauti, and that we have at the moment here are some examples; illustrators, musicians, music producers, editors, designers, commercial photographers, artistic photographers, architects, data analyist, town planner, auditors, a glass artist, some ceramicists, programmers, installation artists, writers, curators, costumiers, virtual assistants, VFX artists, a hair dresser, a book ship, and art shop, a cat rescue charity (yes there is a room with kittens you can go hang out in when you want a work break), designers, art directors, tv producers, videographers, embroidery artist, a theoretical programming academic, many many academics, a few podcasters, a few jewellers, an indoor house plant nerd, a few fashion labels, sculptors, surfboard makers, laser cutter, movie prop maker, candlemakers, perfume makers, psychologists, and art therapists, screen printers, a couple stop motion animators, bees wax food wraps maker, collage artists, a custom sneaker artist and more!
