We offer a range of private lockable studios and offices from 6–12sqm in our Blue Mountains location and 5-20sqm in our Sydney Location. All spaces are secure and suitable for creatives, freelancers, and small businesses.

Pricing varies by room size. Weekly rates typically range from $59 to $119, with all bills, internet, and amenities included. Month-to-month options may also be available depending on availability.

Are the studios and offices lockable?

Yes. All private studios and offices are fully lockable, secure, and accessible only by the tenant.

Do private office tenants get 24/7 access?

Yes. Full-time private office and studio tenants receive 24/7 access, including evenings and weekends.

Do you offer short-term or flexible rentals?

Short-term, flexible, 6 month rentals may be available depending on current occupancy. Contact us or book a tour to check availability.

What amenities are included with the private offices and studios?

All private studios include internet, electricity, kitchen access, communal areas, optional meeting room use, and 24/7 secure access for full-time tenants.

Do you offer coworking or hot desk options?

Yes. We offer hot desks, casual coworking passes, and dedicated desks in addition to private lockable studios and offices.
