Having 24/7 access offers the ultimate flexibility and convenience for you. Whether inspiration strikes late at night or early in the morning, You can work whenever it suits your schedule.

There is onsite parking and all day parking, three bus stops on our doorstep, a short walk to the train station and space for bicycle storage for eco-conscious commuters.

Nauti aims to provide you professional quiet space to work, while also having break out social spaces where you can increase your mental health by having some talk time with other people each day, if you would like to. We also have break out spaces you can take a call in away from other people. Our studio is also filled with natural sunlight, and hundreds of indoor plants that purify our air. We have some social lunches throughout the week, and one/more official monthly social nights, which are great occasions for finding potential collaborators, finding life long friends, or finding yourself feeling at home in our little creative community.

Nauti is a safe space where everyone is welcome, and people are celebrated and supported by people of diverse backgrounds and professions. Nauti is a space founded and run by queer women, and non-binary people.

Nauti has various membership plans and services so we can cater to your needs as your business grows. If you start on co-working hot desk and your business grows, you can jump up to a dedicated desks And then jump up to your own private space, then to one larger, and more as you expand. Full time members get meeting and event spaces for free.

Nauti’s spaces are very affordable and flexible, eliminating the stress of you having to agree to long-term lease contracts.

Fast wifi, all utilities, all bills, stationary and black and white printing covered by Nauti. Our Sydney studio speeds come in at a solid EE Ethernet 100/100. Also we provide complimentary tea and coffee, and kitchen and bathroom facilities and a shower.

Nauti is close to some great cafes and restaurants, so you’ll never have to go hungry.

The new Forest Lodge building for Nauti is AMAZING. I love it here. Nauti has converted a beautiful (&massive) heritage warehouse into a creative haven with super cute communal spaces, ocean themed decore everywhere, and versatile areas for community to host events and workshops.

If you are looking for a studio, NAUTI is the place to be. Having originally joined the Nauti Ship at Stanmore I stayed onboard when the ship sailed to its new port of Glebe. The people are as diverse as their creative practices making this truly is a special space.

As a space made and run by artists, we try to keep our prices as affordable as possible.
You can have your own private workspace in the Blue Mountains:
From 6 - 12 square metres, at 12/sqm/week
A 6sqm studio/office is 77/week
A 7sqm studio/office is 84/week
An 8sqm studio/office is 96/week
A 9sqm studio/office is 108/week
A 10sqm studio/office is 120/week
A 12sqm studio/office is 144/week
It is possible to have multiple rooms,
and/or share with someone you know.
Terms:
We have a minimum of 6 months sublease for the private lockable work spaces.
If you would like something more casual/flexible without a set term, our co-working hot desks might suit you.
