Welcome to Pablo’s Table No. 3 at Nauti Studios - “A Succulent Chinese Meal”
Pablo’s Table is a monthly Supper Club celebrating the diverse cuisines of the world, hosted by me, Pablo, AKA Paul.
Each month, 20 guests come together around one long communal table to share a banquet-style feast inspired by a specific country or region. Over three hours, you’ll discover incredible food, enjoy a few drinks with friends (BYO), and meet new people in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Pablo’s Table is more than just dinner — it’s a chance to connect with locals, explore new flavours, and experience a feast in a completely different way.
Pablo’s Table No. 3 takes you on a culinary journey through the traditional regional cuisines of China. Come along as we explore authentic, flavour-packed dishes, from familiar favourites to lesser-known gems, all made to be shared and enjoyed. Think Hong Shao Rou, a delicious sweet, sticky red-braised pork dish from Shanghai, alongside Strange Flavour Chicken (my favourite - it’s strange because it combines all the classic Chinese flavours in one sweet, nutty, sour and slightly spicy sauce) and the mouth-numbing Water Boiled White Fish from the Sichuan province. Check the menu for a full list of our menu items. There are a couple of spicy dishes, but if you don’t like chilli, don’t fear; there are plenty of other dishes to try.
We only have 20 seats, and they sell out fast, so please grab your tickets as soon as you can.
Pablo’s Table is a small, independent Supper Club run by one helper and me. As we prepare and serve the entire experience with a very small team, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate individual dietary requirements or provide separate meals.
We’ll always do our best to clearly communicate the ingredients used in each dish, but we ask guests to please consider this when booking.
Please see the menu in the photos.
Date: Saturday the 26th September
Start Time 6:30 PM
Address: Nauti Studios in Hazelbrook
Cost: $75 Per Head
BYO
I look forward to seeing you soon,
Paul.
